Chapter 37: Hello Beaverton!

Hey everyone! This week has been so crazy, but so good!

Sister Weber and I got to do the last Bible Story Time for the Visitors' Center this past week! It was super fun, and we did Joshua and the Battle of Jericho. So we took down the walls of Jericho with the two little kids that came, so if you ever need to get into a city just give us a call.

Something wild happened, and I got transferred! I am now serving with Sister Williams in the Beaverton area. It has already been amazing! I am so excited to serve with her and with the other awesome missionaries in this zone!

I got to meet one of our friends this past week. His name is Jimmy and he is literally my favorite! He is so sweet and he is on his fourth time reading the Book of Mormon. He is working towards being baptized right now, so definitely keep him in your prayers. He came to Stake Conference this past week, and he really liked it! He is just so incredible.

Spiritual Thought: I have been studying a lot about humility this past week, and I found this quote that I really love.

"Humility is not a sign of weakness, timidity, or fear; it is an indication that we know where our true strength lies."

I love it so much! It shows me that we need to know that our true strength lies in Jesus Christ, and that we need to humble ourselves and come unto Him. And when we do, He will help us.

I love you all! Have a wonderful week!

Love,
- Sister Willie
